The stuff is very helpful, that's an advantage. The rooms are lovely little and big, and are complete with kettle for coffe and tea and coffe.
The bathrooms are dirty.

I booked it many times and totally recommend. Had really nice 1 night here. In general, I truly enjoyed my well priced and huge room with comfortable beds. Superfriendly staff, provided useful info.

The location of the property was marvellous and perfect as we were short walk to the train station, Newport town centre and the Grange University Hospital and a nice park.

The room was exceptional and luxurious with a window that opened onto garden. The bathroom was particularly good, also it included a safe, an ironing set, and an electronic key card.

Not ideal hotel, but with amiable staff and free wi-fi. Reasonably priced rooms with very comfy beds, good value. Good location - 15 mins walk from a bus station. Plus, 15 minutes drive from a large municipal park.
